BLAT:6oua,200gr zahar,30ml.apa30ml.ulei,2lg.cacao,8lg.faina,1praf de copt
CREMA:3galbenusuri,150gr.zahar,3lg.cacao,250gr margarina,1fiola rom
SIROPUL:400ml.apa,150grzahar,2plicuri capucino ,1 esenta rom
GLAZURA: 1plic de glazura de ciocolata ,1plic glazura caramel
La blat se bat albusurile impreuna cu zaharul ,pana stau batz,apoi se adauga galbenusurile amestecate cu praful de copt stins cu hellas si apa tot pe rand,batand in continuare ,apoi uleiul si cacao,invartind incet de sus in jos,iar la sfarsit faina
La crema se freaca margarina cu zaharul pudra,apoi punem incet ,amestecand repede tot cate un galbenus pe rand,adaugam cacao si fiola de rom si mai amestecam putin,eu am mai pus o jumatate de margarina ca mi sa parut prea putina crema
La sirop se topesc toate impreuna
La glazura se urmeaza instructiunile de pe plic,mie imi place mai mult glazura facuta din 200gr ciocolata si 120gr frisca,topite pe foc impreuna,data viitoare pe asta o fac ,nu-mi place glazura la plic.

viu si io la o amandina,ca vad ca ai facut nu gluma !
va invit pe amandoua,poti sa o faci ca nu-i foarte greu de facut ,eu am pus inca o jumatate de margarina in crema ca mi so parut prea putina si daca vrei pune glazura facuta de tine ca nu-i prea stralucita asta din comert
